Culinary Applications

• Use for cheesecakes, pastry filling, chocolate shell filling; flavour with chocolate or orange. Use as enhancer in puddings.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

• Add 2 lb of cheesecake mix to 1 imperial quart (1.14L) of cold water.
• Mix at low speed until thoroughly wetted.
• Mix at high speed for 1 1/2 minutes, place in 9" pre-baked pie shells (pastry or graham cracker crumbs).
• Refrigerate at least one hour.
• Top with fruit pie fillings, if desired before serving.
